That is fantastic! Parents everywhere are jumping for joy because one thing is for sure, great babysitters are in demand! Becoming a babysitter is serious business. The life of a child is in your hands. What you do, or don’t do, can make all the difference. You can learn how to be a great babysitter with the famous Kidproof Babysitter Training Program!
This popular program geared toward 10-16 year-olds is packed full of advice, guides, tips, and information based on real life experiences from kids and experts in the know.
After successfully completing the Kidproof Babysitter Training Program, you will be confident and prepared to be the best babysitter possible: professional, safe, and in demand. Each student receives a Babysitter´s Handbook and wallet card upon successful completion.
The Babysitter Training Program is packed full of activities and hands-on practice to increase your confidence and give you the skills you need to be the best babysitter possible. Snacks provided, please bring lunch.
Students will develop skills that will:
- Help them find and prepare for a babysitting job
- Help them care for kids of all ages and deal with difficult situations
- Help them prepare safe and fun activities
- Help them make safe choices while babysitting
- Provide Emergency First Aid

PLEASE NOTE: THOSE ARRIVING MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THE CLASS AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
It is helpful to be advised of any issues/conditions that may pose a challenge to the student being successful in class. Examples being students with anxiety, home sickness, on the Autism spectrum and other issues that have contributed to them having and causing challenges for others in class.
It is important to note that being able to focus, listen, participate and follow instructions in a respectful manner are necessary to be successful in this class, as well as on babysitting jobs and many other life experiences. If participants demonstrate the inability or refusal to participate, parent/guardians will be asked to collect their child and a refund will not be provided.
